The Meggabite is designed to process a wide range of materials efficiently. The Meggabite contains all of the developments from the Bimax shearing press with the addition of two pre-compression flaps.
Pre-compression flaps increase infeed density for low-density materials like plastics, improving throughput. They also compress bulky, high-density materials below the blade level for easier processing. The intelligent control system automatically activates the flaps based on the selected material, ensuring efficient operation.

Bigro

The Bimax range has been in production for over 40 years and is ideal for processing all types of recycled material from fibre, plastic, film, RDF and aluminium.
Middibite
Following the success of the Meggabite, CK Lyndex can now offer all the benefits and advantages of this patented shear and pre-compression design with a 750 x 1100mm bale. Plus, for difficult materials, the tying system has five wires.
