Delivering One of Europe’s Largest PET Baling Contracts
In 2015, CK International secured a major contract to design and manufacture 25 baling systems for Greentech, a leading recycling company in Romania. Each system included an infeed conveyor with a large feed chamber, a PET bottle perforator, and a CK600HFE baler capable of processing over 1 tonne of PET per hour.
The project brought several challenges – developing a new semi-automatic horizontal baler, sourcing and specifying the conveyor and perforator components, and delivering all 25 systems within a tight three-month timeframe.
Thanks to strong cross-department collaboration, every machine was manufactured and shipped ahead of schedule in early 2016. This remains one of the largest contracts of its kind in Europe and a standout achievement for CK International.

CKTR82
The TR82 is a versatile two-ram baler producing high-density bales of multiple materials. With up to 150 hp, it can process 26 tons per hour, optimising shipping container space and payload. Ideal for recycling departments, retail, RDF/SRF processors, EFW plants, and more.

The CK600HFEPC is one of the most versatile balers made by CK International. It can process a wide variety of materials including cardboard, paper, plastic film, PET bottles, hard plastics, E-Waste and other recyclables.
